In recent years, in response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, Luhua Group has actively promoted the upgrading of machinery and equipment. Since 2016, EBICO burners have been equipped with 46 sets of low nitrogen burners for more than a dozen production bases of Luhua Group. They are used in 1.2 million-15 million-carat heat conducting oil boilers and 6-35 tons of steam boilers.
This time, Luhua Group and EBICO Burners have worked together again to achieve the expected goal of energy saving and emission reduction through the renewal of burners. The low nitrogen effect of EBICO burner can be clearly reflected by the data. After modification, the emission of NO_x (NO_x) decreased sharply from 80-150 mg/m3 to below 30 mg/m3, which is far below the national emission standard. At the same time, the streamlined arc design style adopted by EBICO combustor can effectively reduce wind resistance and combustion efficiency close to 100%. Broadband control technology can successfully reduce noise pollution by 30% and start-up power consumption by 40%.
