The function of rigid beam is to protect the furnace and flue from damage under furnace operating pressure or deflagration condition, that is, to increase the rigidity of furnace wall by adding rigid beam. If the rigidity of the rigid beam is not enough or the installation fails to meet the planning requirements, serious furnace wall oscillation will occur.
Change the natural frequency of the incinerator and the frequency of the eddy current generated by the incineration around the throat of the incinerator. In order to avoid the low-frequency oscillation of the flue gas column caused by the flame swing, the structure of the incinerator and the burning conditions should be improved.
It can change the natural frequency of combustion in the furnace, such as refitting double-sided water wall, large screen, horizontal superheater, etc. Improve the structure of air regulator and air box of incinerator accessories, such as adding flame stabilizer and air equalizing baffle.
