2. Whether the deviation of motor torsion is accurate.
3. Whether the external circuit combination meets the requirements.
4. Based on the clear environment, the cold simulation is carried out for the equipment to investigate whether the components of the equipment in operation are normal and whether the one-sided flame detection guard is normal.
3、 Commissioning of fuel oil incinerator
1. Check whether the external diesel is in a good position, whether the pipeline is in circulation, and whether the external power supply is in a good position.
2. Adjust the load of the equipment to a small load, the response of the combustion status to a small load, close the large load for combustion and investigate the flame environment, and adjust the response of the servo motor based on the flame environment.
3. When adjusting the fire force of the equipment, it is necessary to adjust the load environment of the thermal equipment from a relatively small load to a large load, and adjust the response of the environment to the servo motor damper.
4. Investigate whether the flame is partial, the flame is not abundant and touched.
5. After the mediation, it is necessary to hold repeated combustion to investigate whether the combustion is superior.
4、 Site request
1. The staff who have nothing to do with the debugging work request to leave the work site.
2. No other methods (such as welding, gas cutting, etc.) are allowed.
3. In order to ensure the personal safety of the commissioning staff, when the equipment is burning, it should be 1 meter away from the incinerator side. After the flame burning is consolidated, the flame can be investigated at the investigation mirror, and the next step is to focus on Mediation and other mediation.
5、 Attention to the commissioning and after-sale of fuel incinerator
1. When the equipment successively fails in the secondary combustion method, it shall be stopped for search and inspection, whether the oil supply system of the equipment is normal, whether the circuit wiring is accurate, and the equipment can be restarted only after the obstacles are eliminated.
2. Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited.
3. In debugging, we must be serious, safe and have high results.
4. It is not allowed to use non explosion proof electric tools on site.
5. Carefully explain to the customer the safe operation and pay attention to the incident.
6. Before starting the machine, ask to check whether the oil circuit is opened.
7. Initiate no fuel oil engine commissioning at night.
8. At the end of commissioning, operators shall be trained to apply the operation bias, and the operation process shall be established when required
