  1. The greater the furnace negative pressure, the better

  if the boiler incinerator is not planned to operate under negative pressure, it is inevitable. But this is not to say that the greater the negative pressure, the better. The negative pressure of furnace is too large, the first is the power consumption of fan increases greatly; the second is the air leakage of furnace increases, the thermal economy of boiler incinerator is low, which is not conducive to energy conservation.

  2. The positive and negative furnace pressure have nothing to do with safety

  Whether the furnace pressure is normal or not has a matching impact on the safety of buildings and people. The excessive negative pressure aggravates the wear of the flue gas pipe and the convection pipe wall at the tail, such as the superheater and economizer, and the wear is dozens of times larger than that under normal operation. When the time is long, the wall of the convection tube will be worn and thinned, and it is easy to find that the main steam temperature is too high, resulting in over temperature tube explosion. Positive pressure incineration (except for oil fired furnace) is more risky for safe operation of boiler incinerator, and it is important to have the following points.

  (1) deterioration of heating surface and grate conditions;

  (2) the furnace door and steel frame are deformed, and the furnace wall is cracked;

  (3) increase the wear of convection tube wall;

  (4) the metal pipe wall is overheated, which destroys the water cycle;

  (6) a large number of steam with water, deterioration of steam character, water strike;

  (7) aggravates the erosion of the heating surface.

  In general textbooks, it is stated that the moisture content in the fire guess is the useless factor and the impurity in the fire guess. The moisture will absorb the heat release during fuel burning, increase the loss of exhaust gas, and make the coal feeding and powder feeding problem; if the moisture in fuel oil will make the flame pulse burning unstable, and even the boiler incinerator goes out, so some people think that the less the moisture is, the better.   5. The more pickling times, the better

  Generally, the inner wall of the boiler incinerator after a period of time can be divided into three layers: scale layer, rust layer (Fe3O4, Fe2O3 and FeO), and iron matrix (FE) layer. The goal of pickling is to eliminate the scale layer and rust layer (Fe3O4, Fe2O3 and FeO) on the inner wall of the boiler which cannot be removed by high-pressure water through chemical feedback, so as to complete the enhanced heat transfer and connect the high heat compliance of the boiler incinerator. However, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid used for pickling can remove the scale and iron oxide rust layer, but they are not free from etching to the iron matrix (FE) layer. Because the accumulation of iron oxide rust layer is not symmetrical, and the signs of pit corrosion and oxidation exist in the metal matrix.
