Three combustion methods of gas incinerator
There are many active combustion methods and varieties of gas incinerator buildings. According to the difference of anger sources, there are three types as follows:
I. small fire
Small fire weapon is a kind of early simple combustion assembly. Its mechanism is the heat transfer from combustion source to gas inclusions. Whether small fire can burn gas depends on the heat transfer rate. Generally speaking, it can be exposed by fire temperature, which can be divided into two modes:
1. It's a flat type, only a constant small fire weapon. In case of being blown out by the wind, a heat-resistant metal mesh cover is added. After a small fire burns, it will last forever. When the combustion gas incinerator is needed, the valve of the incinerator can be opened for active combustion.
2. Indirect type, not only has a constant small fire point weapon, but also has a fire pipe or an explosion chamber, which can not only provide wind protection, but also reduce the number of constant small fire point weapons.
Two hot wires burn
Burning hot wire combustion is called hot wire combustion for short, and its principle is similar to small fire combustion for numerous hot wires. The hot wire combustion system consists of three parts: small fire weapon, power supply and switch, and hot wire combustion element. The goal of gas incinerator equipped with small fire weapons is to prevent the hot wire from burning out because it will touch the flame forever. The power supply of gas incinerator is multi-purpose dry battery on household gas appliance and multi-purpose commercial power on public welfare and industrial incineration assembly. The advantage of hot wire combustion is that the combustion is reliable, and the disadvantage is that external power is needed.
III. electric spark combustion
At present, there are many combustion and assembly modes used in gas incinerators, but almost all of them use the electric spark combustion method in civil gas appliances, that is, to make the high-voltage electricity generated by combustion and assembly generate electric spark between the two electrodes to burn gas.
