After finding out the cause of water accumulation, it is caused by water accumulation at the very low point of the natural gas pipeline. Therefore, after pumping it dry with a pump and blowing the pipeline frequently, the test run can not be started again until the water accumulation is completely cleaned. The combustion is superior and the operation is normal.
The above reason is that the construction unit did not discharge the residual water cleanly after the water pressure test of the natural gas pipeline, resulting in the water containing natural gas entering the valve group and causing water accumulation, blocking the action of the solenoid valve stem in the valve group, and the natural gas could not enter the incinerator nozzle through the valve group, resulting in the obstruction of combustion.

The reasons for the failure of combustion include the questions of instrument and electrical system, air supply system and gas circuit. A special gas valve group is installed at the end of the gas pipeline after the exploration of the gas pipeline. It is composed of a filter, a solenoid valve, a pressure regulator and a set of alarm. It is used to master the gas on-off, secondary pressure reduction and leakage detection. The valve group is the exclusive plan of Runfeng plant, with tight layout and affordable cost. It is one of the focus parts of the boiler. The front-end pressure is less than 70kpa, and the back-end pressure record value is 4kPa. When trying the front and rear end pressure of the valve group, it was found that the rear end pressure was almost 0. The verification was that the solenoid valve in the valve group did not turn over. After the valve group is disassembled, about 100ml of purified water flows out from the bottom cover, the filter drain valve is opened, the water is drained and dried with a blower, and then the device is restored.
