Industrial incinerators are commonly known as burners, with many varieties, specifications and types, including fuel oil, gas (gas), coal (coal powder / coal water slurry). There are a wide range of application platforms. Incinerators are required in industrial sites where fuel is burned to heat materials or feed back.

  1. Before commissioning, the newly installed furnace body shall be inspected to see whether the fuel gas meets the requirements of the incinerator; the inspection instruments on the air supply pipeline shall be inspected to see whether they are normal, whether the pipeline valves are normally opened and closed, and whether they are convenient for future use and inspection.

  2. For newly installed pipelines, it is necessary to really check the reliability and tightness of all pipelines.

  3. Users using the individual gasification station shall ensure that the space supply and gas supply parameters meet the requirements of safe incineration.

  4. Operators should read the building application analysis book and master the common sense and skills of safe operation.

  5. Check whether the gas valve is opened before starting each time, otherwise the incinerator will not work.

  6. Start the power control button on the master cabinet, at this time, the digital display shows the current furnace temperature, which is the situation temperature of the newly installed furnace body.

  7. Start the fan master button, and the fan placed on the furnace body will do the job. At this time, if the fan destroys the master cabinet, the active guard will not come in for the next operation.

  8. When there is no special sign of combustion supporting fan, start the burning master button. At this time, the burning French master is the first thing. It goes through the inevitable French way to carry out the burning, air supply, flame inspection, and other French ways to finally complete the safe burning.

  9. When the master incinerator receives the light signal (e.g. combustion failure, air pressure is not consolidated, circuit is in doubt) and other questions that are not conducive to incineration, the master incinerator will close the gas and send out the alarm light signal.

  10. If the master incinerator gives an alarm, it must be reset manually by the operator after handling the obstruction before continuous operation.

  11. For the operation of all buildings, the operators shall refer to the safe operation procedures of the furnace body and the manufacturing process requirements for the operation.

  12. When adjusting and mastering the temperature according to the manufacturing process requirements, the operator shall refer to the intelligent numerical control table analysis book for adjustment.
