1. External axial flow air nozzle
There are two types: ring and fan. There are round holes in the nozzle and single air nozzle installed on the nozzle with spiral lamp. The air nozzle with spiral lamp is interchangeable. The angle of balance of payments of all the air nozzles is especially tense, with large visual angle and short useful range, small visual angle and long range. In other words, whether the high temperature zone is or not related to the kiln type and the designated fire, and whether the high temperature zone is or not related to the burned raw materials. There is a big difference between the nozzle angles of ultra-low temperature long flame and rapid fire, so the planner should be buried in the calculation or understand it according to the event history.
2. Swirl nozzle
It is also circular and fan type. The appearance is not the planning factor of its characteristics, but the swirling perspective is the planning factor. The swirling flow perspective is large, and the ability of axial gushing is strong; the swirling flow perspective is small, and the ability of radial gushing is strong. The understanding of the swirling flow perspective is often related to the diameter of the cement reverse kiln, the characteristics of the natural materials and the raw materials forged. For the same kiln type and the same industry manufacturing analysis standard value of natural materials, the cement clinker blending plan is missed, in other words, the burning degree of cement clinker is missed, and the planned incinerator can not reach the planned manufacturing capacity of cement reverse kiln. The swirling flow angle is generally in the center of 22 ° to 46 ° with small kiln diameter and large kiln diameter. The coal combustion characteristics are good, the swirling flow angle is small, the coal combustion characteristics are poor, and the swirling flow angle is large. To select several perspectives in reality, it is necessary for planners to understand them according to their own experience.
3. Inner axial flow air nozzle
In the first two sequencing methods, the inlet and outlet of the axial-flow air nozzle in the incinerator are ring-shaped, with high wind power and large exhaust air volume. The result of the link is to speed up the mixing and contact speed of coal and gas. The first and third sequencing method is porous plate method. The air outlet is annular, with low wind force and small exhaust air volume. The link result is to stabilize the fire, reduce the temperature of the fire, and reduce the NOx emission. It is also called the fire pusher.
A noble pulverized coal incinerator should have a solid foundation scale of:
(1) the cross section of primary and secondary air inlet and outlet shall ensure the controlled primary and secondary air ratio;
(2) there is enough oscillation in the balance of payments, and the negative cyclones can mix well;
(3) the external dispersion angle of the pulverized coal gas swirl can be adjusted freely within the limitation, so as to meet the need of coal type change;
(4) the distribution of flour and coal should be uniform along the cross section of income and expenditure;
(5) the organization shall be clear and compact, and the natural ventilation conflict resistance shall be small.
