  1. Check whether the external fuel (gas) is in place, whether the pipeline is in circulation, and whether the external power supply is in place;

  2. Adjust the load of the incinerator to a small load, the combustion status response to a small load, close the large load for combustion and investigate the flame environment, and adjust the response of the credential environment to the approximate damper of the servo motor,

  3. When adjusting the fire force of the incinerator, it is necessary to adjust the load environment of the hot building from small load to large load gradually, and adjust the servo motor or damper according to the environment;

  4. Investigate whether the flame is partial or not, and whether there are signs such as insufficient flame burning and touch;

  5. After the mediation, it is necessary to hold repeated combustion to investigate whether the combustion is superior.

  VII. Fuel (gas) incinerator commissioning and after-sales attention

  1. When the fuel (gas) incinerator successively produces the failure of the secondary combustion method, it shall be shut down for search and inspection. If the gas supply system of the incinerator is normal and the circuit wiring is accurate, the incinerator can be restarted only after the obstacles are removed.

  2. It is strictly prohibited to knock or conflict the air supply pipeline with spanner or metal rod to avoid static electricity or sparks and to stimulate gas explosion.

  3. It is strictly prohibited to smoke, weld, cut, etc. at the air supply valve group or pipeline flange.

  4. It is strictly prohibited to conduct any open fire attempt near the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid the occurrence of huge accidents.

  5. In the oil supply (gas) pipeline, the evacuation has been carried out, but there is residual gas or liquid drop on the pipe wall, which will cause burning and explosion if encountering, electrostatic spark and open fire.

  6. When the oil supply (gas) pipeline has been in the same period, and the valve group needs to be destroyed in case of obstruction, it is necessary to cut off the main valve at the front of the valve group at first, then vent the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group, and then the destruction and after-sale of the valve group can be carried out.

  7. It is not allowed to use non explosion-proof electrical tools on site.

  8. Before leak detection assembly, it is necessary to check the valve group.

  9. Before the start-up of the incinerator, it is necessary to make an air supply pressure test, check whether there is leakage, and make a simulation operation after confirming that it is normal.

  10. When the incinerator is not used, the customer is informed to cut off the main air supply valve and the main power supply switch.

  11. Initiate not to conduct the commissioning of the incinerator at night.

  12. At the end of commissioning, operators shall be trained to apply the operation bias, and the operation process shall be established when necessary
