As far as an oil-gas dual-purpose incinerator is concerned, the difference in the efficiency achieved by the system and the layout of the incinerator can be divided into five subsystems: fuel system, air supply system, combustion system, monitoring system and electric control system.
1. Fuel system
The function of fuel system is to guarantee the fuel needed for incinerator incineration
The fuel system of the fuel oil incinerator mainly includes: oil pipe and discussion, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle and heavy oil preheater.
Tubing and discussion: for fuel transfer
Oil pump: the mechanism that causes the necessary pressure of the oil. The output oil pressure is generally more than 10 bar (1 bar = 1 kg / cm2). In order to meet the requirements of atomization and injection quantity, it can be divided into single tube output and double tube output. Some incinerator oil pump and fan motor are coaxial and continuous, while others are driven by their own oil pump motor
Solenoid valve: used to master the on-off of oil circuit, mostly two-way valve and three-way valve.
Nozzle: the main purpose is to atomize oil drops. The key parameters of the nozzle are radiation angle (30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 80 °), radiation method (solid, hollow, half hollow) and injection quantity. Under the same pressure, the atomization result of the nozzle with smaller injection quantity is better.
Heavy oil preheater: a special building of heavy oil incinerator, which is used to heat the heavy oil to a certain temperature, reduce the viscosity, and increase the atomization result of heavy oil. Its temperature mastering assembly is interlocked with the circuit mastering the incinerator.
The fuel system of gas incinerator is mainly composed of filter, pressure regulator, solenoid valve group, leakage detector of solenoid valve and combustion solenoid valve group.
Filter: its purpose is to prevent impurities from entering the solenoid valve group and the incinerator.
Pressure regulator: the main purpose is to reduce pressure and stabilize pressure. It is generally used in high-pressure gas supply system, and its inlet pressure shall not be less than 100mbar (1bar = 1kg / cm2).
Solenoid valve group: it is generally composed of safety solenoid valve and main solenoid valve, including split type and integrated type. In the integrated solenoid valve group, it is also generally combined with pressure stabilizing valve and filter screen. Safety solenoid valve is generally quick opening and quick closing type. The main solenoid valve is generally of two-stage type, and it can be divided into quick opening and quick closing type and slow opening and quick closing type.
Leakage tester of solenoid valve: its purpose is to check whether the sealing of solenoid valve group is precise. It is generally used on the incinerator with power greater than 1400kW.
Combustion solenoid valve group: it is generally composed of manual ball valve, pressurizer and solenoid valve, and is mainly used for the incinerator with high power.
Two air supply system
The function of the air supply system is to send the atmosphere with certain wind speed and breeze into the incinerator. The key components are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire pipe, damper controller, damper baffle, dispersion plate, etc.
Shell: it is one-sided for the installation support of each component of the incinerator and the important composition of fresh air inlet channel. From the appearance, it can be divided into two types: box type and gun type. There are countless box type incinerators with an outer cover of injection molding materials, and the power is generally small. The large power incinerators receive numerous split shells, which are generally gun type. The shell is usually made of high-strength light alloy castings.
Fan motor: it is important to supply energy for the operation of fan impeller and high-pressure oil pump. There are also a few incinerators to accept the energy of oil pump supplied by the motor alone. Some small incinerators accept single-phase motors, which can only be turned according to the determined bias to make the incinerator normal.
Fan impeller: through high-speed torsion, sufficient wind pressure is generated to reduce furnace resistance and chimney resistance, and sufficient atmosphere is blown into the incineration chamber to meet the burning demand. It is composed of cylindrical wheels with blades of certain skew angle. Its material is usually high-strength light alloy steel, and it also has injection molding products. All qualified fan impellers have superior average function.
Air gun and fire pipe: it is used to guide air flow and consolidate air pressure. It is also a one-sided structure of air inlet channel. Generally, it has a shell flange and furnace mouth. Its composition is generally made of alloy steel with high strength and high temperature resistance
Damper master: it is a kind of driving assembly, which can master the rolling of damper through machine connecting rod. Generally, there are two kinds of Master: hydraulic drive master and servo motor master. The former is stable and not easy to be obstructed, while the latter is accurate and the air volume changes greasy.
Damper: the main purpose is to adjust the size of the air intake channel to control the size of the air intake. There are two kinds of composition materials: injection molding and alloy. The injection baffle is usually a combination of single, double and three pieces.
Dispersing disc (air conditioner): its special layout can possibly reverse the air flow, which is helpful for the abundant mixture of atmosphere and fuel, and also for regulating the secondary air volume.
III. combustion system
The function of combustion system lies in the inclusion of combustion atmosphere and fuel. The key components are: combustion transformer, combustion electrode, high-voltage electric fire cable.
Combustion transformer: it is a kind of conversion element with high-voltage output. The output voltage is generally 2x5kv, 2x6, 2x7, and the output current is generally 15-30ma
Combustion electrode: convert the mode of high-voltage electric energy experiencing arc discharge into light energy and heat energy to ignite fuel. There are generally two types: single type and split type.

IV. monitoring system
The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe operation of the incinerator. The key components are flame detector, pressure detector, temperature monitor, etc.
Flame detector: its main purpose is to monitor the state of flame and report the light to the program controller. There are three kinds of flame monitoring: photoresist, UV eye and ionization electrode.
