Burner manufacturers should:
1. The combustion efficiency should be high, and all the parameters of the burner should meet the national environmental protection standards and requirements
2. The flue gas injection speed should reach 100m/s or above. Different burners should be used according to the requirements of users
3. Small power adjustment, small noise, no tempering, no deactivating
4. The nozzle should be made of high-temperature resistant materials, with a long service life, automatic ignition and detection functions, and temperature control of the kiln
Installation and ignition of burner:
1. Installation: install the burner horizontally or vertically. Use the foot flange at the root of the burner to connect with the furnace body frame.
2. Ignition: first, open all the flue sluice and furnace door
3. Open the fan to blow the furnace before ignition
4. Supply a small amount of air to the burner during ignition, turn on the gas after connecting the igniter, turn off the igniter after ignition, and adjust the amount of gas to the required state;
5. If no igniter is provided, open flame or electric ignitor can be inserted through the manual ignition hole to ignite the burner
6. If equipped with a flame monitoring system, the igniter will automatically stop working after the burner is ignited, and will automatically start when the burner is turned off
7. If the gas volume has been turned on but not lit, turn off the gas, open the air volume to blow the furnace, find out the cause and reignite
