1. In case of failure in the secondary ignition procedure of the gas incinerator, it shall be stopped to check whether the gas supply system of the incinerator is normal and whether the circuit wiring is correct. The incinerator can be restarted only after the failure is eliminated.
2. It is forbidden to knock or rub the air supply pipeline with spanner or metal rod to prevent static electricity or spark and gas explosion. 3. It is forbidden to smoke, weld, cut and other illegal operations at the air supply valve group or pipeline flange.
4. It is forbidden to conduct any open fire test beside the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to prevent major accidents.
5. In the air supply pipeline, it means that it has been emptied, but there is residual gas or liquid drop on the pipe wall. If it meets, electrostatic spark and open fire are the same, it will cause burning and explosion.
6. When the gas supply pipeline is in the same period, and the valve group has problems, it is necessary to disassemble it. First, it is necessary to cut off the main valve at the front end of the valve group, and then vent the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group, and then disassemble and repair the valve group.
7. It is forbidden to use electric tools without explosion-proof on site.
8. It is necessary to check the valve group before using the leak detection device.
9. Before starting the incinerator, it is necessary to conduct air supply pressure test to check whether there is leakage. After confirming that it is normal, conduct simulation operation.
10. When the incinerator is not in use, inform the customer to cut off the main air supply valve and the main power supply switch.
11. It is not recommended to commission the incinerator at night.
12. At the end of commissioning, operators shall be organized to train them in operation direction, and operation process shall be established if necessary.
