The purpose of the incinerator for steam boiler is to send the fuel and the atmosphere required for incineration into the furnace through the nozzle according to the specific proportion, rate and inclusion method.
Classification:
1、 Direct current
The exit kiss flow is a direct current jet, which is generally installed in the four corners of the furnace, so that the pulverized coal gas flow is tangential burned in the furnace.
1. Coal powder precombustion chamber
This is a new type of assembly which has been studied in China for a long time and is widely used at present. It is a front burning chamber made of refractory material or heat-resistant steel plate.
2. Obtuse
It is to install a non streamline object, blunt body, at the outlet of the primary air nozzle at each corner of the angle mounted pulverized coal equipment, so that the pulverized coal air flow can return in the wake area of the blunt body and suck the high-temperature flue gas, so as to facilitate the ignition of fuel and the consolidation of flame. After ignition, the pulverized coal torch forms a four corner tangential burning in the furnace.
3. A ship that burns steadily
The layout is to install a ship type equipment in the primary air port of the general DC pulverized coal equipment, and a small oil gun is set in the center. After accepting this layout, the upper pulverized coal flow bypasses it and shoots back into the furnace, creating a waist jet not far from the primary air nozzle. The area with high temperature, high concentration of pulverized coal and proper concentration of oxygen at the outer edge of both sides of beam waist has become the superior heat source for burning pulverized coal air flow, so as to consolidate the combustion in the furnace.
4. Thick and light
The so-called "thick thin" is to accept the air flow of pulverized coal atmosphere inclusion, i.e. the primary air flow is divided into two streams of rich powder flow and lean powder flow, for example, it is allowed to increase the concentration of pulverized coal in the rich powder flow under the condition that the total air volume of the primary air is fixed.

The exit plume consists of a twisted jet twisted around the axis of the incinerator. The twist of air flow will create a low-pressure area in the center of jet, thus entraining the high temperature flue gas at the boundary, which is suitable for the coal with high volatile content.
