  Layout of fuel incinerator

  The oil injection side is composed of oil pump, oil pump regulating valve, filter screen, oil preheater, solenoid valve, oil nozzle, oil return regulating valve, etc.; the air conditioner side is composed of fan, air baffle, regulating sleeve, shell, etc.

  The combustion and stable combustion assembly is composed of transformer, combustion electrode, etc., and the stable combustion assembly is composed of air regulating plate and combustion head.

  The electrical system consists of flame sensor, master of combustion method, master of fuel heating, etc.

  The motor servo motor supplies energy for Phoenix engine, oil pump, air valve adjustment and oil return adjustment.

  Oil atomizer

  1. Machine atomization

  The atomizing nozzle of the machine uses high oil pressure to spray oil from the spray hole at high speed to complete atomization. Usually, the atomizing nozzles are centrifugal nozzles.

  The atomizing nozzle of the machine is composed of atomizing plate, swirl chamber, oil separator and nut of the nozzle. The fuel with certain pressure and temperature enters the tangential groove through the oil inlet hole and oil equalizing groove to obtain high speed, and then enters the swirl chamber. In the swirl chamber, the oil turns violently, which leads to the pulsation of the groove and ejects from the orifice, resulting in the hollow cone-shaped film. Because the oil is dispersed through the spray hole in turbulent environment and the centripetal force is used, the appearance tension is caused and many fine oil particles are destroyed to reach the goal of atomization.

  2. Rotor atomization

  The reason is that the fuel oil is sent to a 3000-5000r / min high-speed torsion cup-shaped assembly through an empty rotating shaft. Under the use of centripetal force, the oil is tightly attached to the inner wall of the rotating cup in the rotating cup, resulting in a very thin oil film, flying out along the cup mouth, and being atomized into very fine oil particles. At the same time, the fan blade installed on the uniform shaft blows out the primary air along the rotor mouth through the guide plate, and the primary air twist deviation is contrary to the oil drop deviation, so that the oil drop is further atomized.
