For the newly placed boiler, transferred boiler or inspected boiler, before sealing the access hole and hand hole, check whether there are objects or other objects left in the boiler. For the boiler that will never be used, it is necessary to check whether the heating surface and other pressure parts have erosion, scale and soot, and whether the boiler can operate normally and safely.
(2) check whether the arrangement of water level gauge, pressure gauge, safety valve, water supply valve, blowdown valve and main steam valve of incinerator is reasonable and meets the operation and application requirements. Check whether the grate is stable, whether the chimney baffle is naive, and whether the smoke box door is precise.
(3) after the inspection, the manhole cover and handhole cover shall be displayed. When the cover is installed, the iron shall be placed on horseback, and asbestos rubber rings or asbestos rope mats woven with asbestos rope shall be padded between the hole covers. In order to prevent the pad from being applied in the steam boiler, it should be bonded on the hole cover or the edge of the hole, and the two contact surfaces of the pad should be coated with inclusions of oil black lead powder. It is not allowed to apply white lead oil on the hole cover and the contact surface of the hole.
(4) after the hole cover is installed on the boiler, open the upper atmosphere valve. When there is no atmosphere valve, lift the safety valve and feed water into the boiler. "When entering water, pay attention to the fact that the water level is not too high. Generally, the water level is above the designated very low water level, and the normal water level is as follows. Because the water in the boiler will gradually advance with the temperature of the fire, the volume will be extended, and the water level will rise.
(5) before making a fire, check the opening and closing environment of each valve and check whether there is leakage. The leaking valve and hole cover shall be repaired on time. Otherwise, the liyalu incinerator shall not burn. Before the boiler is on fire, the main steam valve, drain valve, water inlet valve and water level gauge drain cock shall be closed tightly, and the pressure gauge cock, water level gauge steam and water cock shall be turned over (distinguish with the skill of purging the pressure gauge cock and cleaning the water level gauge).
(6) for the inspected boiler, put all the temporary diaphragms at the flange of the pipeline or valve.
