Basic knowledge of combustion engine maintenance
Basic knowledge of burner maintenance:
1. Keep boiler furnace clean and ensure air circulation in boiler room.When disassembling the burner, the inspection switch should be cut off first.
2. When the door is locked tightly, the door shall be unshaken and secure;
3. It is prohibited to burn paper and garbage with the boiler without special declaration;
4. The gas inlet pressure shall not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of the valve set indicated on the burner nameplate;
5. Keep the surroundings of the burner clean, so as not to absorb debris into the burner.
When the combustion engine is started, it must be guaranteed that:
1. The check switch is on, check the continuous phase;
2. The valves on the air supply pipeline and the heating system pipeline are open;
3. The gas pressure is within the pressure range required by the burner;
4. The regulating plate in the boiler flue must be open (if installed);
If the burner does not start:
1. Check whether the valve on the air supply pipe has been opened;
2. Close the start button and check the setting position of the thermostat, but do not adjust the inside of the thermostat;Check if the fuse is blown.
Combustion engine does not burn after ignition:
1. Master the starting condition of the combustion engine, but it is absolutely not allowed to start the combustion engine forcibly;
2. Do not reignite the burner before the residual gas in the boiler is exhausted;
3. If the burner has been unable to ignite, professional personnel should be asked to solve.
During the shutdown of the burner in summer:
1. Cut off the main inspection and the valve on the natural gas pipeline, if the combustion engine should be repaired in a short time.
2. Note that the newly installed chimney must be checked whether it is firm when the burner is working, and no vibration or other abnormalities shall occur;
3. Whether the newly used ignition device can ignite the gas;
4. If the ignition failure of the combustion engine requires restart, it must wait for about 10 minutes or so, until the residual gas in the furnace dissipates before restart the combustion.Multiple ignition is strictly prohibited.
5. When the boiler is started and ignited, it is strictly prohibited for all personnel to stay in the front and back of the boiler.

Maintenance
