The incinerator is a general assembly that makes fuel and atmosphere eject and burn in a certain way. According to the example and application platform, the incinerator can be used for single industry, incinerator, civil incinerator and special incinerator.
Types of fuel to be used in the incinerator:
Fuel oil: light oil (only including diesel and fire oil), heavy oil, residual oil, etc.
Gas: natural gas, artificial gas, liquefied fire oil gas, gas gas (coalbed methane), biogas, etc. In this case, the factors and calorific value of artificial gas, i.e. city gas, biogas, etc. are quite different due to the materials and production methods.
It consists of oil nozzle and air conditioner. The oil nozzle is installed on the axial line of the air conditioner, atomizes the oil into fine drops, and sprays the oil into the combustion chamber with a certain dispersion angle (also known as atomization angle), which is mixed with the atmosphere sent by the air conditioner, and then ignites. There are two kinds of oil nozzles: pressure atomization and two fluid atomization. The pressure atomizing oil nozzle is composed of a splitter plate, a swirl plate and an atomizing plate. The oil pressure is 2-3mpa. The oil in the hydrocyclone takes place high-speed twisting action, and is ejected through the middle hole. Under the use of centripetal force, the oil breaks into fine drops. After atomization, the equilibrium diameter of the oil drops is less than 100 microns. The double flow atomizing oil nozzle uses steam or contraction atmosphere as atomizing medium, which makes the oil speed up and break up for atomization. The Y-type oil nozzle, which uses steam as atomizing medium, is named because of the Y-shaped skew between the steam channel and the oil channel. It has the advantages of large load adjustment limitation and less steam consumption.
In addition to the swirl type and DC type similar to the pulverized coal incinerator, the air conditioner of the oil incinerator also has a one-sided swirl type, that is, a flame stabilizer is installed in the DC type air conditioner, so that a small batch of atmosphere (10-20%) flows through the flame stabilizer, and a twisting action occurs, and a middle return area is created at the outlet of the air conditioner, so that the oil mist can be ignited and consolidated to reach low oxygen incineration.
