Briefly describe the combustion process of gaseous fuels
From the perspective of chemical reaction kinetics of gas fuel combustion, the combustion of gas fuels can be divided into two categories: extended combustion and dynamic combustion.
If fuel and combustion air are supplied separately and mixed and burned after entering the combustion furnace, no matter how the mixing is intensified, the diffusion time between fuel gas and combustion air is still much longer than the chemical reaction time, so combustion at this time belongs to diffusion combustion. Industrial combustion belongs to diffusion combustion.
If the fuel gas is mixed with all the combustion air in advance, and after a period of time, the two have fully diffused and reached equilibrium, and the diffusion time is zero, then no matter how fast the chemical reaction progresses, it is also the main factor that determines the overall time, so this is called the power system. Due to the need to pre mix fuel gas and auxiliary air for power combustion, it is commonly referred to as premixed combustion.
The normal combustion process of all combustible mixtures involves two stages: ignition core combustion itself, which must be ignited before combustion can occur
