Working principle of Rotary kiln burner
Most burners of the Rotary kiln pass through the kiln head cover, extend into the kiln head barrel, and heat the materials to the required temperature through flame and radiation. The burner of Rotary kiln has many forms, such as coal injection pipe, oil spray gun, gas nozzle, etc., depending on the combustion type. When the reaction temperature is low, a combustion chamber is set up next to the kiln hood to send hot flue gas into the kiln for heating
The burner of Rotary kiln has the following functions:
1. Increase the mixing of coal powder and combustion air to increase combustion speed and ensure complete and stable combustion of fuel.
2. Increase the means to adjust the air volume and speed of each channel, making the flame shape and temperature adjustment flexible and convenient, suitable for clinker calcination.
3. The burner has a long service life.
4. Protect the kiln lining materials and extend the service life of the kiln lining.
5. Stabilize the quality of clinker and increase system output.
6. Simple structure, easy maintenance and replacement, reducing system operation time caused by burner failures.
7. Try to reduce the primary air volume as much as possible, increase the use of high-temperature secondary air, and improve the utilization rate of heat recovery from clinker.
8. The system resistance should be as low as possible to reduce the power consumption of the primary fan.
9. It can reduce the emission of harmful substances, especially NOx.
10. Low grade fuel can be used to enhance the comprehensive utilization of fuel, reduce equipment prices and maintenance costs.
