How to choose the appropriate power when selecting a diesel burner
The diesel burners we use during operation vary in size and function. So what points should we pay attention to when choosing? Below, the editor of Europa has summarized a total of four points based on the market situation for your reference. When choosing a diesel engine, it is important to consider ① the appropriate power, ② the appropriate installation size, ③ the appropriate brand, and ④ the appropriate model.
① Appropriate power: The power on the boiler nameplate must match the power of the burner. It is not allowed to use a burner that is too large in size (use can cause high internal pressure in the boiler, black smoke during combustion, incomplete fuel combustion, or the burner cannot be directly used with fire). It is not allowed to use a burner that is too small (it can cause heating time to be too long, or the temperature required by the equipment cannot be reached at all). The power of diesel internal combustion engines can be adjusted within a fixed range. This adjustment cannot be directly manually adjusted. It is necessary to change the fuel injection volume and final internal combustion engine power by changing the size of the fuel nozzle. When replacing the fuel nozzle, it is also necessary. Adjust the air inlet of the burner accordingly. Generally speaking, adjust the fuel nozzle to increase the size of the large damper, and adjust the fuel nozzle to decrease the size of the small damper. The intensity of this adjustment needs to be adjusted based on the smoke exhaust phenomenon in the flue. When black smoke is emitted from the flue, the air volume needs to be increased, while when white smoke is emitted from the flue, the air volume needs to be reduced until there is no obvious smoke (diesel burners use diesel, which may cause less smoke during combustion and less smoke during full combustion).
Example 1: The boiler is an atmospheric hot water boiler with a power of 30MW (30000KW) and requires a burner with a power range of 300KW.
Example 2: The boiler is a steam boiler, and its evaporation is 20T (20000KG), which requires about 16000KW of power, and requires a 16000KW power range burner.
The above are only some cases for your reference, and of course, there are more cases. We can customize diesel burners suitable for our own operation based on our actual situation and needs, and cannot blindly use or follow the trend.
